need new fat loss rotation incorporating all the workouts

I loved January and February's fat loss rotation. After doing the Hardcore rotations, I'd really love another fat loss rotation that includes all Cathe's workouts. I love the variety of "mixing it up" as Cathe says.

Any suggestions?

Good morning, Elsie3 / Carol!

At the risk of tooting my own horn, I've bumped up a couple of suggested rotations that I cooked up a few weeks ago, the "Blast From The Past" and the "Plie Jack / Plyo Lunge" rotations. The BFTP rotation is 4 weeks, and the PJPL rotation is two weeks. Both of these offer upper-margin cardio work as well as strength / endurance work; note that the weight work in the PJPL rotation is for maintenance only. Each of these, OR doing the BFTP rotation as listed for 4 weeks and then the PJPL rotation for 2 weeks should really be a barn-burner for you. They're challenging, so plan on getting plenty of good nutrition during them.
