Heather - Thanks so much for the insight on CC - especially on it helping you make it through a treadmill run. I seriously dread running on the "dreadmill." The only way I get through it is with tempo drills or HITT work so I am definitely going to give CC a try!

I second...or fifth Cardio coach. I usually only can run outiside or I get way too bored but with CC I can run for an hour inside and can't believe where the time has gone!
Even on a bike.
