need help

I just had bilateral hip replacement in January. I need to start weight training again. It has been three years since I have been able to work out. I am told to continue to work out and that I would never have to go through this again. I just don't know where to begin. I am looking to do the first part of the meso series. Suggestions?
 
Of course consult with your doc first, but look on the rotations board and start with the beginner rotation...Welcome back!
