Hi this is my first post and after listening. to everyone for about a week now I have come to you for help. i need to figure out how to lose those last 5 lbs. i started out at size 22 and now am down to a 4-6. For two years by doing weight watchers and consistenly working out harder and harder i have managed to get from 254lb to 145lbs. the problem is for about 7 months now i am stuck in between this 142-145 thing and the scale won't move. For the past two weeks I have increased my cardio but NOTHING. Let me tell you last week I did 3 thirty min cardio. Power Max, Imax 2, Bootcamp, Muscle Endurance and the All three slow and heavy minus the legs. Oh and also abs for about six of thoses days and High intensity training. I try to eat as clean as possible and do not really follow any one diet now. I just try to eat around five or six meals . Usually around 1500 calories. it is so fustrating to me. I know it probably seems crazy but I just don't have any clue what to do. My goal is 135 and I know the number on the scale should not make a difference but that is just my personal goal. some days I will get on the scale and think I have finally made head way and then a week later it's back in between that range again. this is my first post so I am sorry for the (wordyness)Again thanks to all and I hope to talk or help any of you if I can.
