Need Help with creating a rotaion

I have 9 cathe dvd's and want to follow a rotation, but I'm missing a lot of dvd's I have tons of Firms could someone help me with the ones I do have I'll be ordering more soon,and also would apprecieate any suggestions to which ones I should order next. Thanks Soooooo Much.

STEP WORKS-VHS
BUTTS & GUTTS
TOTAL BODY STRECHING
GYM STYLE:CHEST & TRICEPS
GYM STYLE:LEGS
GYM STYLE:BACK,SHOULDERS & BICEPS
HIGH STEP CHALLENGE
STRETCH MAX
HIGH STEP CIRCUT
HIGH STEP TRAINING

AND A WHOLE BUNCH OF FIRMS(BUT RATHER DO MORE CATHE)

What are your fitness goals? Are you looking for weight loss, strength gains? What is your cardio and strength training level?

my fitness goals are to define my legs,arms, butt and abs.
also to gain strenght,and lose about 8lbs.

Disclaimer: I have absolutely no authority to give you advice about this, I am just a regular person, not a trainer.

With your DVDs, here is what I would do...

Day 1: Butts and Guts
Day 2: Gym Styles C&T
Day 3: Step Cardio of choice
Day 4: Butts & Guts
Day 5: Gym Styles B/Sh/Bi
Day 6: Step Cardio
Day 7: Stretch Max segment and REST

This way your are hitting all upper body groups once per week, hitting the lower body twice (first thing you said when I asked about goals was "slimming" the lower body), and cardio twice so you are working the heart. Also, try to do two different premix options on the two B&G days.
