Need help to recover

without losing previous progress.
Hi, Cathe, I have been exercising for the past 4 years and achieved, more or less, the shape I wanted. But recently I faced a serious life challenge: a person dear to me was gravely ill. With me, stresses cause a weight loss and a sort of an eating disorder (just cannot eat for days(().
Fortunately, I am now through the troubles, try execerising, but I feel that I need to gain some weight (my BMI is 18.5 now, which is still not too bad, but I'd prefer 19-19.5) and regain some strength (I am really concerned about not losing my agility, strength and other benefits of an advanced exerciser). On the other hand, I definitely want no excessive fat (had some troubles with losing it in the past). Also, I am a bit concerned about fertility risks of malnutrition and/or over-execersing.
So, here is the question: what sort of regimen/rotation would you suggest (32 yo female)? Will it be OK to eat at maintenance (execercise calories included), but not over it?
Thank you for your time and dedication.
