First, just wanted to let you know how helpful your workouts have been in taking things to the next level. I'm the strongest I've ever been.
I have lost 3 pounds and am looking to lose just 5 more, but can't seem to shake it. The weight all seems to be in my legs & glutes. I own the Intensity Series and the L&G/KPC dvd from Body Blast. I would like to purchase another to create a rotation that would help me lose the last 5, but not sure what to get. Could you please recommend both a workout to add, and a rotation that would help get the job done?
