need help creating a few rotations please!!!!

Hello Everyone!

I need help creating a few rotations from all the experts here. I've been looking at Cathe's rotations and have no ability or knowledge enough to modify.

I am 44, 5' tall, about 105 - 110.

My goal:
lose some weight and tone up especially in the middle, upper arms and toned up all over. I am rather fit (if you don't think about my less than flat abs) and been working out for a few years now. I’d like to do cardio at the gym (can’t do complicated moves with DVDs) and weights at home on weekdays and weights plus cardio at the gym on weekends

Time:
1 hour 5 days and 2 hours or more on saturdays.

Foods:
I’m pretty good except sweets. I love eating sweets and try to eat only a little just to satisfy the sweet tooth.

I would like to have a few rotations created from the DVDs I have plus cardio in the gym: spin class, eliptical, treadmill, stair master, rock climber machine, I think they call it versa climber
