hi everybody
here is my problem
since the beginning of the holidays (it was almost a month long) i exercised very little, and i ordered lots of cathe dvd's beside the new ones it came to my friend in the U.S and she sent it to my almost 3 weeks ago and i have not received them yet. so i don't exec. almost a month I'm depressed of not exercising and that the DVDs r not here, please help me to get back on my feet.
i have the imax2&cardio and weights and the 2 for the beginners .
I'm like in a loop :(

Hi Sharona :) Let me see if I'm understanding you. Besides holidays, you have been waiting extra long for your DVDs? I don't know much about international shipping. You might want to contact snm to see what the hold up is.

So going on what you have, one of my faves is a blast only premix on IM2. You could do IM2 plus do the C&W compound moves in between intervals. Another great one is the IM2 blasts only. That is sure to get you heartrate up there. I'm not so familiar with the beginner DVDs, but you could always super heavy the weights to make it for a more challenging workout. Also add propulsion to basic moves. Hope this helps some.

thank u debbie the problem is to start back after not exe for so long
so im counting on the new DVD's to shake me up.but it seems that i will have to depend upon myself.
 
Sharona, I would start back with the beginner DVD's for a week, then move onto Cardio and Weights and the mid-intensity step segments of I-Max 2 for another week to get you back on your feet, so to speak. by then, some of your new DVDs should be there for you, and you'll be back up to speed. If you haven't exercised in almost a month, I think it's a good idea to start back carefully.

I agree with A-Jock. If you're feeling unmotivated, you might consider getting started with walking ... maybe find a walking/workout partner ... the workout partner helps me get my motivation back.
 
Hi Sharona! It is hard to get started back. I agree with try just walking at first. And I noticed you enjoy "God" so maybe try walking with your MP3 or Walkman (if you have one) to inspirational music. I love my WOW praise and worship cd - it really gets me motivated while walking on my treadmill (which I find very boring) and time seems to fly by. I looked at your profile and thought it is so cool you're from Israel!!!!:7
