It would really help us if you told us what kind of results you were aiming for with a rotation using these videos. Are you looking for fat loss? Strength? Endurance? Cardio capacity? Toning? Are these the only exercises that you will be doing or can you add in other forms of cardio like running, swimming, biking? Otherwise, the cardio might get a little repetitive with only Lo Max and HSC.
