Need DVD Rotation Suggestion

Hello Everyone,

I have the following DVDs: Lo Max, Core Max, Muscle Max and High Step Circuit. I would truly appreciate if anyone can provide me with some rotation suggestions with these DVDs.

Mama,
It would really help us if you told us what kind of results you were aiming for with a rotation using these videos. Are you looking for fat loss? Strength? Endurance? Cardio capacity? Toning? Are these the only exercises that you will be doing or can you add in other forms of cardio like running, swimming, biking? Otherwise, the cardio might get a little repetitive with only Lo Max and HSC.

Hi Mattea,

Sorry for the lack of information. I'm looking for muscle definition and endurance. Should I also incorporate these workouts: Karen Voight Ultimate Circuit Training, CIA 2303 Step It Strong featuring Keli Roberts, and The Firm Body Sculpting System DVDs (which came with a step with legs that flip out to a 14 inch box and can go on an incline). In addition, I will be taking my daughter to preschool three times per week via bicycle. If I walk her (fast pace w/ stroller) and return home, it takes 40 minutes total.

I like Cathe's DVDs and am looking to increase my collection. What would you suggest should be my next purchase to add variety. If this helps, I do have most of the equipment needed i.e., Troy Lite Barbell, an 8 lb. toning ball, stability ball, etc.
