Hello everyone! I really feel that I am ready to dive head first in Cathe's workouts! My only problem is, I really don't think I want to go with the CTX series. I have All Step. I love it, but it is just not that difficult once I learned the moves. Also, the cardio section isn't long enough. So, for the past couple of weeks I have been doing "Mega Step Blast" on loan from the library. I love this work out! I honestly feel as if my metabolic rate has gone up A LOT doing this work out. So since I have aproxamately $150 to spend on all things Cathe, this is what I am thinking of buying: Intensity Series Volume 3, Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks, and the Classics DVD vol 1 OR Cardio Hits. What I want to do is alternate a day of all cardio with a day of all weights. My question is (since so many of you are long time Cathe-ites) is this a good idea? What do you think of the choices I've made? Any other suggestions? Thanks so much for reading!!! :)

Hi Heather, you have done great choices. Cardio Kicks is my favorite kickboxing workout. CM is a hard and varied workout with hi/low, step and kickbox. For a weight strengh training PLB and PUB dvd are awesome options. If you don't have the BBS dvd I would buy the volume 1 of the BBS and not the classic dvd or cardio hits.

I agree with Stayfit. I'd probably put Cardio Hits and The Classics on hold for now and go with something a bit more recent. Cathe's newer stuff is just way more fun in my opinion. I'd probably get the IMAX2/C&W DVD or the Step Blast/Step, Jump & PUMP DVD. Step Blast is my all-time favorite step workout, and S,J, P is a really fun circuit. The SB/SJP DVD also contains a pile of premixes which give you more workouts then either Cardio Hits or The Classics. IMAX 2 is a challenging interval workout. The choreography isn't difficult, but you'll be sweating and huffing through this one.
