Hey everyone, hope everyone is doing well. Well now that own a few of Cathe's DVD, which are PUB & PLB for weight training, and Volume 1 step, and Cardio&weights, plus IMAX2. I need some more weights training in my exercise, I know that the PUB is a killer, but i want to change around. Right now all I have are dumbbells and a step bench, the long one which I do the step excerise with. What would would you suggest next that I can mix with the ones that I already have?
