need another Cathe DVD "any suggestion?"

Hey everyone, hope everyone is doing well. Well now that own a few of Cathe's DVD, which are PUB & PLB for weight training, and Volume 1 step, and Cardio&weights, plus IMAX2. I need some more weights training in my exercise, I know that the PUB is a killer, but i want to change around. Right now all I have are dumbbells and a step bench, the long one which I do the step excerise with. What would would you suggest next that I can mix with the ones that I already have? Thanks everyone for listening:)
 
Power Hour is a good one, and it includes Maximum Intensity Strength and Body Max.

Pure Strength is great too. If I were you I would want both- plus Slow and Heavy. But if you just get Pure Strength it will probably be a good choice.

Since you already have the Pyramids, may I suggest Slow & Heavy?
PS is a real good basic 3 day split routine...but S&H would round out your collection better.
 
Although all of Cathe's DVD's are SUPERB-- I would vote for the PS series. It actually has given me better results than S&H.

Goodluck with your decision, I'm sure one day you will need to have all of them! Thats how good they all are!!
