Need advice!!!

I am going to be teaching my first class (a boot camp class) and I am so nervous - do you have any advice to calm my nerves and for getting through my first class? You are the very best and I would love some advice. Thank you, Cathe!!

Hi I'm instructer too! My best advice is to just be prepared and know your routine. Go in with confidence (whether you have it or not) telling yourself you are a professional and are there to teach them. Have fun and they will too! Get some fun upbeat music that you like because the music can make all the difference. Good luck!
