Need advice

Hello,

I am a big fan of Cathe and would like to purchase a few more videos. I have her core max tape and power hour. I do a lot of similar classes at the gym but would like some grueling weight lifting dvds to get my definition back. I worked with a trainer for 8 months, had nice definition with 11 percent body fat. I'm now on my own, (not as lean) and don't care to train alone at the gym (classes excepted) so need some advance dvds. Any suggestions would help. I do have the cardio covered. Thanks very much.
 
I would recommend her "Slow & Heavy" series. Also, the Upper Body & Lower Body Pyramid workouts. Both are challenging weight lifting videos that will push you just like a trainer would.

I think the Gym Style Series and 4DS are great if you're looking for some great weight lifting dvd's. Pyramids and Slow and Heavy are also really good ones.
 
I think that the four series that were already mentioned are all fantastic and fun! You probably couldn't go wrong with any of them!:)
 
4DS is 4 day split - it is a dvd set of four workouts, combining cardio and weight training. Most, if not all, of the DVDs have premixes. These allow you a variety of choices in the workout so that you are still working the same area of your body, but it sort of shakes it up a bit for variety, and sometimes a shorter workout too, if needed. I think in some of the DVD's that work multiple body parts, you can choose premixes of various body parts to work too, and in DVD's with blasts, you can do just the blasts. They also allow you to easily take parts of several DVDs and make your own workout. Basically, they just give you variety and choices so that you pay for one dvd, but get several different workout choices :)
