Need advice regarding Intensity Series and sore muscles

I am on my first week of doing the Intensity Series. I did PLB yesterday and then 30 minutes of IMAX 2 after that. My legs were moderately sore this morning so I decided to take today off rather than tomorrow (Saturday is my normal day off), however I wanted to do Boot Camp tomorrow but I know it has some pretty heavy leg work. Should I do something else instead like Cardio & Weights? I was really looking forward to doing Boot Camp.
 
Bootcamp only has around 3 workouts for the legs using weights. The rest are kickboxing moves. Just modify the poundage you are using. If Bootcamp is calling you, go there!!! :) Renee
 
I agree with Renee - Besides, if Cathe is telling you to "assume your position" you better!

(If that doesn't make sense now-it will once you do the workout;))

Well, I went for it this morning and it pretty much kicked my butt. I had to pause it a couple times to catch my breath, but I made it through. My goal next time is to get the whole way through without pausing! Woo hoo!
