need advice on which rotation to do

Hello, I hope someone can help me. I dont really need to lose anymore pounds but would like to lose fat and gain definition. I though about doing July 03 rotation, but it seems so easy I'm used to doing so much more. Maybe I'm doing to much and thats why I dont see the definition? Do you have suggestions for this rotation or another I might like? Please HELP!! i
 
I'm starting to get a complex because no one seems to answer many of my posts I must be doing something wrong. Lori BC
 
Hi Lori,

I will share what has worked for me. It is possible to lean out and reveal your muscles at the same time.

If you have GS or slow and heavy do the three day split, adding abs at least twice a week or one body part per week and some cardio everyday.

Example of three day split:

Days;
1.GS C&T Core Max
2.Imax of choice
3.GS SBB, Core Max
4. Low Max
5.GS Legs
6. Cardio of Choice

Do it for three weeks, then have a recovery week, doing cardio and cicuits like Bootcamp, HSTA, etc.

check the one body part per week posted under rotations it is also very effective for sculpting your body.
