need a yoga video recommendation

I've been practicing power yoga (at home and with an instuctor)for about a year now. I really like it, but now that I'm focusing more on weights/cardio this form of yoga seems a bit too vigorous. Could anyone recommend a good "gentler" yoga video? I'm thinking along the lines of something slower, but still focuses on flexibility. Any suggestions? I've heard Rodney Yee's tapes are good, but I've never tried them. :)

I am a big fan of Brain Kest's power yoga series, but these are power and may not be what you're looking for. One of my very favorite lighter yoga videos is Ali McGraw's Yoga Mind & Body. It is very soothing and focuses more on stretching than on strength. You should also check out videofitness.com for yoga video reviews. Baron Baptiste is also a good instructor, his Soul of Strength tape is excellent! Good luck!

Yoga for Athletes

This might be what you're looking for since you're already familiar with yoga. The focus is on flexibility and muscular balance.

RE: There are 2 that I enjoy

the most out of my collection. Ali's MacGraw's Yoga Mind and Body and Crunch's Joy of Yoga. I love them both!! Nothing too strenuous, just nice relaxing yoga.

Rodney Yee

I have Rodney Yee "Yoga for Athletes." I don't find it as challenging as some others I've rented. I also have one that I bought at K-mart called "Yoga for Weight Loss." It is REALLY easy, but has good flexibility benefits.

I also enjoy the more relaxing yoga as I do intense cardio and weights.I love Kathy Smith yoga for beginners in fact all three of her videos are excellent.I also like Rodney Yee am yoga and yoga for athletes. That Ali Magraw is superb.so relaxing.I also have Scott cole stretching and Tai chi.I personnally don't like his style but the videos are popular.Kari Anderson-angles lines and curves is also good.
cheers

I really like the Yogilates videos. My favorite Living Arts videos are the Back Care Yoga (Rodney Yee) and Gentle Yoga (Suzanne Deason). I also really like the Yoga Zone for Beginners series. I have the Evening Stress Relief and the Yoga for Abs. The instructors are down to earth and there's a nice outdoor setting. Millennium Stretch (minus the stances at the beginning and the end) has to be my all-time favorite, although it is a bit lengthy.

I like Rodney's Yoga for Strength (Living Arts) and Total Yoga by Tracy Rich and Ganga White which I bought at Target. It's also by Living Arts, I think.
