I've been practicing power yoga (at home and with an instuctor)for about a year now. I really like it, but now that I'm focusing more on weights/cardio this form of yoga seems a bit too vigorous. Could anyone recommend a good "gentler" yoga video? I'm thinking along the lines of something slower, but still focuses on flexibility. Any suggestions?
