Need a sub

I plan on doing part of Cathe's rotation that she posted in July and don't have all of the work outs. In week 3 she says to do segments 1 and 2 of Body Max, since I don't have this workout and don't know what segments 1 and 2 are, I have no clue what to sub in here. So my question is what type (Cardio, sculpt, circuit, cardio/sculpt) of workout should I sub?

If I remember right, I think Seg 1 is hi/lo cardio and segment two is circuit type with step. I haven't done Body Max for a while, but that's what I remember. (hmm, segment 2 may be step with blast segments) Hopefully somebody else will chime in and verify!
 
body max is 24 mins of intense step and the second segment is a power circuit type worout for 20 mins. its step cardio intervaled with endurance training with weights for legs. i forget how long each segment of the circuit is but i think its 2-3 mins of step with a 1 min. blast and 1 min. weights. don't quote me on that but thats the best i could remember

What I would do is Step from SJP and then Power Circuits from CTX without the warm-up. Just a suggestion.
