I plan on doing part of Cathe's rotation that she posted in July and don't have all of the work outs. In week 3 she says to do segments 1 and 2 of Body Max, since I don't have this workout and don't know what segments 1 and 2 are, I have no clue what to sub in here. So my question is what type (Cardio, sculpt, circuit, cardio/sculpt) of workout should I sub?
