Need a rotation for PUB/PLB

Good morning - I recently purchased the pyramid upper/lower body DVD. I already have muscle max, boot camp, KPC, muscle endurance, IMAX 2, and cardio and weights.

I'm looking to see some muscular definition. Could someone help me devise a rotation for four weeks around the pyramid DVD? Or tell me what you think of this rotation:

Sun PUB
Mon PLB
Tues walk
Wed ME
Thurs Walk
Fri Boot camp
Sat KPC

I'm taking a class this semester on tues and thurs and it kind of messes up my schedule.

Any suggestions?
