Hi,

Here's what I have:

Cathe:
Power hour
Bodymax
MIS
PS Series
Circuit Max
Interval Max

I also have other tapes but have been trying to concentrate on Cathe now. I'm just loving her workouts.

Now, it seems from descriptions that Power Hour, MIS, Circuit max,and Bodymax all include weight training for I believe the whole body. If one is doing PS series, how can you incorporate these workouts? Does it not allow sufficient rest of the muscles worked? Or, are the muscles worked in a different manner so that it isn't really like your training the same body parts on consecutive days? My goal is definition. So, it seemsI would add some cardio or quicker reps in there, right? I have already seen amazing results and would like to fine tune since I have only recently acquired most of these tapes. I have only done the PS series once through and MIS so far.

Please offer me some suggestions.

Thanks so much for your help.

As you probably already know, genetics do play a part in how one's body responds to different styles of weight training, ie. some see better definition with slower, heavier reps while some see better results with higher reps, slightly less weight. I'm 5'2", medium framed, more of a pear shape and I see better results in my upper body doing a higher rep routine. (I have yet to figure out what will help my lower half!) Also, a clean diet plays a major factor in definition as well. I'm currently seeing good results with this rotation...

-Power Hour
-Interval Max
-Body Max
-Powerstrike or Cardio Kicks
-Circuit Max
-low impact cardio
-Rest Day

Some weeks when my knees arent up to par, I'll omit the legwork section of Power Hour and do a short cardio routine instead, usually cardio from the CTX series. And, some weeks, I'll use Circuit Max only as a leg routine doing barbell squats etc. omitting the upper body work. During weeks I do this, I'll add the tricep, bicep and shoulder work from either PH or the CTX series to my low impact cardio day. The rest day I throw in whenever. I actually see some of my best results from the strength portion of CTX, but I dont always like to fast forward the tape to those portions. I cant wait until the CTX upper body compilation tape is released!! I try to work abs 3-4 days a week. After a rotation like this I like to switch to the Slow & Heavy for a few weeks or a rotation using the PS series and the upper body section from MIS. There are so many ways to rotate Cathe's tapes, hope this helps some.
