Need a 4 week rotation for Gym Style series with Muscle...

I would love to do a four week rotation using the Gym Style series one day a week - and since Muscle Max is a total body workout - I would use that as my second body part for the week.

For cardio, I would do my treadmill (not a big Step fan) and the Kick Max DVD.

I would also like to incorporate Core Max and Stretch Max.

Could someone put together a balanced rotation for me?

I'm no expert, but I'll chime in. I usually do something along the lines of this rotation (and I do this with SH, PS and the Pyramids as well):

GS back/shoulders/biceps + 30 min HIIT
GS legs + 30 min walking
GS chest/triceps + 30 min HIIT
Long cardio
Muscle Max
Off

If I want to keep to an exact week long rotation, I'll do another cardio day or long stretch session after a total body day and then rest. And on my off day, that's when I'll do some light stretching workouts. HTH.
