Okay... for those of us who workout in the wee morning hours while the rest of the family is sleeping and truly do NOT want to wake them for the pure fright of getting interrupted during your favorite workout w/Cathe.... I have an idea.

What about some wireless headphones? I wonder if they make them small enough that they would work and stay in while you workout? This would solve not only my 5:00 am workout issues but help out the issue w/low music in some of the HCs.

What do you think? Anyone know of any?

I have a Bose stereo system and it runs off of radio frequency or whatever. You would think there is something out there that might work???

I think our goal would be to find the best possible (and smallest pair). I am searching right now on google. There has GOT to be some out there.

OMG this would solve all my early morning workout problems. I could rock the house down w/out anyone hearing me!!! JOY!

I've read that listening to too-loud music when exercising is more dangerous than at other times because of something like blood flow in the inner ear (I can't remember the exact reason, just that it is more of a risk for hearing damage). I would be concerned that wearing headphones would have the same effect (especially if the music were loud). I know when I used to walk with headphones on, I would put the headphones just in front of my ears instead of over my ears, otherwise I would sometimes have tinitus. And I didn't play the music really loud.

Wow, you have ESP! I was thinking about this yesterday morning when I was cleaning up my workout. :) The ony trouble is that you may be inclined to step harder or not realize just how much noise you are making (I don't know if this is an issue for you) if you cannot hear yourself!
