Dear Cathe,
I have recently had the problem of becoming nauseous during cardio or any workout that gets my heart rate up (leg workouts, etc). I don't actually throw up, but just feel yucky. This is a new thing for me. I recently changed my rotations from mostly cardio to more strength training with 3 or 4 days of cardio. Previously, I have never had a problem with this. I had been doing cardio 6 days a week and just concentrating on one muscle group per day. Everything else is the same with my diet, etc. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Debra
