I really enjoy the rotator cuff exercise that Cathe put in the S&H shoulder exercise. It's in another one too, but I can't think of which one (maybe Cardio & Weights?)
And the leg extensions in Legs & Glutes is nice, but as far as I know...it's the only workout where she includes it.
With these exercises only included here-and-there, I can't imagine that you actually get much benefit from them. I mean, I don't remember the last time I did Legs & Glutes! It's been at least 2 months.
Does she include either the rotator cuff or the extensions in her new workouts? I'm planning to start buying them beginning on Mother's Day and continuing through September until I have them all.
