I really enjoy the rotator cuff exercise that Cathe put in the S&H shoulder exercise. It's in another one too, but I can't think of which one (maybe Cardio & Weights?)

And the leg extensions in Legs & Glutes is nice, but as far as I know...it's the only workout where she includes it.

With these exercises only included here-and-there, I can't imagine that you actually get much benefit from them. I mean, I don't remember the last time I did Legs & Glutes! It's been at least 2 months.

Does she include either the rotator cuff or the extensions in her new workouts? I'm planning to start buying them beginning on Mother's Day and continuing through September until I have them all.
 
Donna she does the rotator cuff exercise on the stability ball in Supersets. I remember Cedie only doing then in one of the new ones...maybe High Step Challenge?....:)...Carole

What exercise is this? I haven't done Legs & Glutes in awhile, either.
 
The leg extensions are in the standing section when she adds the ankle weights. You do extensions (great for the quad) and then side leg lifts...:)...Carole
 
I do the 20 minute ankle weight workout on L&G a couple of times per week. As a runner, I had knee issues, due to muscle imbalance. The leg extensions have made a huge difference in strengthening my quads.

I agree with you. I do leg extensions and leg curls on a machine also. When I hadn't been doing those I found I did loose leg strength running...:)...Carole
