Nan VS the Guacamole

We had a potluck today at work, and I did ok, except for the guac. I think I OD'd on guacamole today. However, I was in the mood for a cardio fix tonight, so I did the Cardio Blast from BM2 and the followed w/ the blasts only from IMAX3. I think the guac is gone. It was a helluva workout, though. Felt really good. I lost my mojo a bit at the 4th (Bon Jovi) interval in IMAX3, found it again for the dread plie jack interval, and then pushed on 6,7, and 8. Was pooped by 9 and very glad it is the easiest interval, and then managed one more oopmh to get thru interval 10. Done, and very sweaty and very happy. The shower never felt so good. Nan 1, Guac 0. I'll have to remember that combo come Thanksgiving and Xmas.

Well, at least guacamole is healthy. It may not be slenderizing, but it is good for you. It could be a lot worse. Good job at working it off!
 
No need to stage WWIII against guacamole! It is incredibly good for you, full of healthy fats, and the calcium and protein of low fat or non fat yoghurt. I eat it about 3/4 times per week: what's not to like?

Mmmmm one of my favorite snacks! And very low carb. :) I agree, no need to beat yourself up over that one! Save your wars for chocolate, pizza & ice cream. ;)
