Hi Cathe! I'm a big fan of yours, I use to exercise every morning watching Fit Tv and your show rules! I have more than 2 months trying to get in shape for my wedding, (the date is Feb.19th) and my biggest problem is: I had my baby 3 months ago, and I bougth my gown in October, last year, it is size 10, but now I'm size 13 and now I'm unable to zip the dress!! My back is terrible, my abs and waist are not so terrible, but my back is! What can you recommend me to reduce my torax and/or back?

I'm not Cathe, but since she is busy busy filming and creating a new series of DVDs for us, I thought I'd try to offer some advice.

There is no such thing as spot reduction. Your best bet is doing lots of cardio, the actual amount depends on what your routine is now. For example, if you currently do cardio 3 times a week, bump it up to 5 and you'll see a huge difference. Cathe actually has a video called "How to Get in Shape for your Wedding" which is an excellent cardio workout and a strength training workout all on one tape. Another important factor is diet. Cleaning up your diet by making healthier, lower fat choices and limiting your caloric intake will help you achieve your goals even faster.
