Today I received my New Cathe Tapes. I previewed them. Wow do I have my work cut out for me. They are SUPER!Tomorrow will be my first attempt. Wish me luck It is just what I needed. I'll check back tomorrow If I can move

Hi Robin,
Today I did upper body Pyramid workout.It is tough but fun. I chose that one because it looked like it might be a bit easy
The tapes will really challenge me. I have my work cut out for me. Tomorrow I am going to do lower body Pyramid. From what I see I love these tapes. Good Luck to you.
