My version of Cathe's 4 Day Split

I can't wait for Cathe's new workouts. I've been wanting them forever. After reading the descriptions I decided to do my own version of it using some of her other workouts.

Day 1: First half of IMAX 2 followed by chest and back work from the Gym Styles (I don't own Slow & Heavy).

Day 2: First half of Kick, Punch & Crunch followed by Gym Style Legs standing work, and section of Core Max. Butts & Guts would be another option.

Day 3: Cardio only premix from Drill Max followed by Gym Styles Biceps and Triceps work (You could also do the cardio only premix from Bootcamp, but it's very short).

Day 4: Low Impact Step followed by Gym Styles Shoulders and section of Core Max.
 
Great ideaa! This would leave one more day for straight up cardio and one more day for total body weights or a circuit of some sort. I may give this a go this week. I've been having a hard time sticking to rotations lately but want to get back into following a rotation to log results.
