Good Morning everyone!!
It was like Christmas at my house last night. I got home from work and Mr. UPS had made a visit. Sitting at my front door was my high step and a bunch of Cathe workouts. I was so excited I didn't know which workout to do. Monday I did the step off of Body Max and then the strength off of Power Hour. So I decided to do Kick/Punch/Crunch. With all the comments on Combo#3 I was getting a little nervous towards the end. Granted I was very tired by then and my jump knee kicks weren't as great as they could've been but I made it through. Oh and the ab pikes on the ball -- forget it. Those need some serious practice. I thought OK I can do that but then when I tried it I lost my balance and the ball went one way and I went the other. I was laughing - thankfull I wasn't being watched. Anyway, now that I've got alot of the workouts I can start following the rotations. Well, I guess I'd better get to work.
