My solution for using ALL my Cathe workouts!

I realized that even though I've built a large Cathe "library" over the past year, I don't utilize all my workouts. So....I know this sounds strange as a way to choose a rotation....I decided to use the Cathe 2007 Catalog's Table of Contents (the DVD Library...to be exact) to help me use all my DVD's. I'm just going down the line in order, starting with Drill Max. I'm just making sure not to lift heavy for the same body part, two days in a row and won't do two "crazy" super intense workouts, two days in a row. BUt, at least, I'm using DVD's I haven't used in ages and I'm making sure that my "workout week" is balanced!!!! Also, I am picking premixes that meet my needs! I'm really enjoying this method, because I feel that Cathe has so many great workouts that I hardly ever do!!!

What a Great Idea!! My rotations for using my Cathe library is using the series of a certain year.

That is a great idea!

MDH suggested I do "60 workouts in 60 days" (or whatever number of workouts Cathe has total, I sure don't have them all - yet!) to make sure I use every one, ha ha.

I get frustrated that I cant fit in all Cathe's tapes that I own too! I want to do them all, but never feel like I really can get to them all. That's it - I'm quitting my job to stay home with Cathe - :+

I also use the listing on the beginning of Cathe's calendar to try to mix it up a little!! I'm a variety maniac!!

My new Cathe calendar just got delivered by Santa - I told my daughter to wrap it up for xmas so I cant see it! I use it to post my workouts and track my weight/measurements.

It's interesting to see what workouts each month seemed to get results - also tracks sick days and "burnt-out" times too! You can learn so much about your trends, etc. to figure out why you've lost or gained!

My main goal for upcoming year is to lose 2 inches from my waist line and 1 inch from my hips. It's a challenge for me, I know!!!

Any one have suggestions that have worked for them?
 
This is a great idea. I did this one year with all of my FIRM workouts.
I might try this for my Cathe workouts sometime later in the year.
 
Is this the lovely Saundra who I PM'd on the Firm Website? I know this is a "crazy" method, but it's working out great. And whenever I feel I need an extra cardio in between certain days, I throw in a cardio or double cardio from 4 Day Split. I finally figured out Lower Intensity Step, but HIS is still challenging and I wind up just staring at the tv.....and that one part when Cathe, says "dig, dig, totally confuses me. I'm never sure when I am supposed to "dig" both feet on the step, I wish she just yell "jump" Yesterday I did Kickbox Cardio only and Boot Camp cardio only. Oh and I am a really bad "digger" with any risers on my step!!!!!!
