My rotation

Hi everybody,

I know there have been tons of threads on this but I wanted some input from the freestyle pros on the board. I am planning on following this rotation for the next month and wanted to know your thoughts. THANKS in advance for all your input.

Week 1 & 3

Monday: 5 mile run and Leaner legs
Tuesday: High Step Challenge Premix and PLB floorwork/PUB Abs
Wed: 5 mile run and PLB Standing and PUB Abs
Thurs: 5 mile run and Gym Style Floorwork
Fri: GS Standing and IMAX 3 and CTX abs
Sat: Gauntlet/200 walking lunges/ CTX abs
Sun: OFF

Week 2 & 4

Mon: 5 mile run and Leaner legs
Tues: SJP and Legs and Glutes floorwork and abs
Wed: 5 mile run and Legs and glutes standing/CTX abs
Thurs: 5 mile run
Fri: Supersets legs premix and CTX cardio and abs
Sat: Bodymax/200 walking lunges/Kickmax Leg drills

WOW!...looks good for Freestyle. Make sure you cut back the leg weights to 70% of what you normally did before Freestyle or you might be in trouble...:)...Keep us posted on your results....:)...Carole

P.S. Anne...In the book, Freestyle only does upper body twice a week. She has that in HSC, the Gaunlet, SJP and Bodymax.
 
Thanks so much ladies. I will keep you guys updated. I am using the circuits for my upper body. I have pretty lean arms and really don't want to build alot of muscle in the upper body. I am psyched about this rotation. I really only want to tone up and lean down a bit, maybe like 5lbs. I will be ready for that bikini in the summer if it kills me!!! THANKS AGAIN, you guys are so informative.
