My rotation for December

I got a wild hair and decided that in December, to ring out the old year (with sweat!) I would do a rotation that uses every Cathe workout I own. I have some repeats to keep it balanced, but I thought I'd share it with you. The first week is longer as I ate too much on Wednesday and was up half the night with indigestion, so I skipped Thursday. I also have off the last two weeks of the year (well, I'll work from home a few of those), so I went a little longer.

Friday 10-10-10 and Leaner Legs
Saturday Imax 2 and PUB (INCLUDES ABS)
Sunday Run and Power Yoga (BK - #1 or RY power yoga)
Monday GS Legs Ab class at Gym
Tuesday CTX Kickbox and MIS Upper Body Only (73 min)
Wednesday All Step, Core Max # 1 and Power Yoga
Thursday HCE #1 (71 minutes)
Friday Cardio Kicks and ME Abs (70 minutes)
Saturday Body Max
Sunday Off if time - Yoga for Athletes

Monday Legs and Glutes and CoreMax #2 (71 min)
Tuesday CTX Upper Body (56 min) 30 minutes cardio at gym
Wed CTX Power Circuit, Core Max # 3 and Power Yoga
Thursday HCE # 3 including leg workout (69 min)
Friday BootCamp/ME Bonus Combo (65 min)
Saturday Hike or KPC
Sunday Off - Yoga for Athletes if I have time.

Monday Imax and PLB (w/ PUB abs)
Tuesday GS Back Shoulders and Bicep and GS Chest and Tri
Wednesday MIC and Core Max Combo #1
Thursday Step Intervals and Power Hour
Friday Rhythmic Step and Core Max Combo #2
Saturday Circuit Max
Sunday Off - Christmas

Monday Hard Core Extreme # 2 (no blasts), Leaner Legs
Tuesday Kick Max, PUB
Wednesday Low Max and and Yoga
Thursday 10-10-10 and ME
Friday Imax 3 and Yoga
Saturday Hike
Sunday Off probably hungover
