I am loving all my cathe tapes so much, but with the help of my friends on the cathe group thread this is what I came up with, please tell me what you think and tell me your rotation too, I love new ideas. I will be starting this Monday.

M CATHE STEP TAPE
T PYRAMIDS UPPER AND LOWER ( WILL BE DOING THE BONUS COMBO FOR FULL BODY W/O
W CATHE STEP TAPE
T MAXIMUM INTENSITY STRENGTH
F CATHE STEP TAPE
S MUSCLE ENDURANCE

I will try this for 5 weeks. I was trying to think of a rotation with cathe, firm, and taebo, but can't seem to find it, so for now I will work on all my new cathe tapes. Have a blessed day, and thanks for any advice comments or tell me what you think. Have a beautiful day.

Hi Debra, it is a good rotation w/ variety. However, you may want to add some flexibility (yoga/stretching) on your cardio days. I am going to be doing a sort of modified BFL rotation w/ emphasis on LB training. It will be something like this:

S Core Foundations (JAC'S tape from TLP)
M Cardio & Flexibility
T Cardio & LB
W UB
R Cardio & LB
F Cardio & Flexibility

I will be doing about 30 mins of cardio on LB days using the cardio sections from CTX and premixes from IMAX & IMAX2, c&w, etc. I will do longer cardio sessions (about 45 min) on Flexibility days.

I will be using PUB, PLB , the premixes for both of these DVDs as well as well as the UB/LB split premixes on MIS, BM, SS, PP, L&G, ME,
etc.

I will be doing about 20-40 mins of flexibility training ablut twice per week.

I am going to try this for 6-12 weeks

I will also be paying more attention to nutrition...being sensible: lots of water, protein and mainly fruits and veggie sources for carbs, but not low carb. I will eat multi-grain or wheat bread and still be having oatmeal for breakfast. I will also have one day a week I can eat anything I want. I will still have a cookie or small piece of cake on other days if a want...but in moderation... Publix brand White Chocolate raspberry frozen yogurt with dark chocolate bits is going to be what I will use to satisfy my sweet cravings. Judith

p.s what do you think of above?

Judith,

Thank you for taking the time to share your rotation with me it looks great. I too need to get in more protein. I was doing good for a long time and then I just got a little sloppy.I do drink lots of water I love ice water, I drink a lot of it. Where do you get your frozen yogurt it sounds wonderful.

I also forgot to mention I plan on doing legs and glutes at least 2x a week with some pilates in the evenings a few days. I have never stuck with a rotation but I think I will really like this one. I was wondering which tape is Jac's tape from TLP, sorry never heard of it.

I would love to hear back from you and see how your rotation is going.
How long have you been doing Cathe, I guess I have been doing it off and on for about 5 months. I did the firm for 2 years or longer and had great inch loss. I finally found the rotation with the firm, cathe and taebo I was looking for but there are so many tapes I don't have I just don't know what I would use for a substitute. Did you order Cathe's new tapes?, I ordered just the advanced one.

Have a wonderful day, so nice to hear from you.

Debra:) :D

Hi Debra, it's nice to get feedback. I get the yogurt from Publix (Supermaket chain in SE). I have been doing Cathe Strength tapes for about 3 to 4 years along with the Firm. I did great, but then reached my plateau). I thought about it and decided I needed to increase intensity and variety of Cardio workouts. I was always afraid to try Cathe Cardio tapes...thought they would be too complicated, but was able to purchase/trade for some cheap on Ya Ya site about 9 months ago. Her older tapes break down the moves more and make it easier to learn her newer tapes. They also include modifications that I still use on the newer tapes as needed. I resold those tapes and converted to DVDs...premixes are great and easier to pick sections. I ordered the new/beginner DVDs because I am sure they will be educational and help with form, and form is everything right. Would you be interested in maybe checking in once a week or so and see how each of our rotations are going.

JAC's tape is Core Foundations

Cannot really help you w/ Firm/Cathe/Taebo rotation, but if you have Cathe's CTX series that gives you 5 30min wokouts w/ lots of variety.

I have been trying to simplify my collection....trying to get myself to part w/ the majority of my Firm collection, did part w/ Fit Prime and Cory. No longer jumping on every bandwagon. I had so many tapes, that I only did some about twice per year. I have narrowed it down to everything Cathe has on DVD; Firms: CSM, BOOTCAMP, SC, SS, UBS, LBS, TBSM, VARIETY STRENGTH/CARDIO, CC1, CC2, CARDIO SPLIT 1, MAXIMUM CARDIO, POWER CARDIO, CARDIO BURN, and Karen Voight Pilates/Yoga DVDs for flexibility.

Anyway, sorry for going on and on. Judith

Seabush,

your rotation looks great. What kickboxing videos do you use?. I love kickboxing.

My favorite cathe tapes are kick box, kickpunch & crunch and cardio kicks.

I am really loving the pyramid tapes what good work outs, I got the dvd, so I can do the upper and lower in about a little over an hour.

I love maximum intensity strength, cardio and weights, and muscle endurance too. I have so many of her step tapes I have lost count.

I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR KICKBOXING PLEASE DO TELL ME ABOUT IT, THANKS.
:) :7

Debra,

My kickboxing collection consists of Taebo, Khi Bae, Aero-pump, Tai Fit, XKO Kickboxing, and Powerstrike videos. I prefer these low impact kickboxing workouts to Cathe's KPC or Cardio Kicks.

Crystal

Crystal, your rotation looks great. Where can I look in to these work outs?. Is there a websight I could preview some of your work outs?.
Have a great day and thanks for sharing.

Debra:)

Judith, I hope your rotation is going o.k. I upped the weights on my work outs in Muscle Endurance today, it is always such a good feeling to challenge myself. Have a great day.

Debra

Debra,

I do jump rope intervals for HIIT. I just started doing HIIT (http://www.musclemedia.com/training/hiit.asp) this week after reading about another person's success (http://pub129.ezboard.com/ffirmbeliversfrm22.showMessageRange?topicID=10767.topic&start=1&stop=20). Khi Bae and Aeropump can be purchased at Amazon.com. There aren't any video clips of these workouts online. Taebo workouts can be viewed athttp://www.collagevideo.com/cart/SearchResults.aspx?Cart=WLI68JT&SearchFor=Instructor&SearchTerms=Billy+Blanks&word1=Billy&word2=Blanks&word3=Billy+Blanks. I only own a few (Ultimate Abs, Ultimate Upper Body, Ultimate Buns, Focus: Abs & Glutes, and Get Ripped Advanced) Taebo videos. Powerstrike can be purchased at http://www.powerstrike.com. Powerstrike video clips aren't available online.

Crystal

Thanks Crystal, I will check out those sights, good luck to you and have a great evening.
