My own "bonus twist" for Sept. rotation

In place of one of the scheduled cardio days, consider substituting one of the following nosebleed mish-moshes (these work best with a 3- to 5-disc DVD changer, and are not for the impact-averse):

Interval Max Enhanced:
Interval Max (the original), extending out all 10 intervals by 8 to 16 reps (yes, including The Doom Interval 10), and omitting the recovery cycles; then
I-Max 2 blasts 1, 2, 4, 8, and 9; then
Boot Camp cardio only premix

Kickbox Medley:
10-10-10's warm-up and kickbox segment; then
KPC High Intensity drills; then
Kick Max Blast challenge; then (if desired)
Boot Camp cardio-only premix

Hi/Lo H*ll:
Circuit Max warm-up and hi/lo cardio cycles, fast-forwarding through the first weight cycle; then
MIC HIGH hi/lo, beginning the disc 18:35 minutes into the MIC workout (trust me on that one); then
10-10-10 hi/lo segment; then (if desired)
Boot Camp cardio only premix

No-Name Nosebleed:
Interval Max warm-up; then
HSTA cardio-only premix; then
I-Max 3 blast-only premix; then
Kick Max blast challenge; then (if desired of course)
Boot Camp cardio only premix

Satan's Mish-Mosh uncircuited:
Rhythmic Step warm-up; then
Body Max power circuit segment WITHOUT WEIGHT CYCLES (simply hit the "next" or "chapter-skip" button on your remote and this will advance you to the next step-cardio cycle); then (here's the genius part)
Gauntlet's I-Max 2 cardio/blast and Boot Camp cardio-only-blast chapters (again, hit the "next" or "chapter-skip" button to get you to the next chapter; note that there are kickbox drills after the I-Max 2 chapters in cycles 3 and 4 that you are certainly encouraged to do); then
I-Max 2 blasts #2, 5, 8 and 9.

Thanks! I love your mish moshes and do them when ever I get the chance! (which is usually once a week!) I have yet to decide if you are a regular genius or an evil genius. With the nosebleed kickbox I was leaning toward genius, then I did nosebleed hi/lo and genius or not- it was evil. And I loved it!!!!:p }(

PS I must be chanelling you- the other day I did Gauntlet cardio only, Boot camp cardio #8, and finished up with Imax 2,5,8,and 9 using Vipers mix and match section.Ran late getting my kids up for school, but it was sooooo worth it.!!!:p

Deanie - I did Satan's Mish-Mosh uncircuited last Sunday. There must be some kinda magic in the air.

I am absolutely slavering to have the new releases in hand - think of the mish-moshes lurking within!

What ever you "scheme up" please post.:) very much looking forward to them- the new workouts and your mish moshes. Although Drill Max scared me (in a good way) on the blog- your ? to Cathe had me in a cold, but excited, sweat!!}(

Having done two of these mish moshes (and barely surviivng to talk about them!) - I can't wait to try the other three!!
