Good morning ladies,I just got my Intensity series and Body Blast series..Any rotation ideas for me . I'm over whelmed with 12 new workouts LOL .
 
If you check out the Rotations Forum, there's a thread with links to all the old rotations, and I noticed a BB one yesterday, and there are a few using the Intensity Series!

Lucky you! You should be busy for a while with 12 new workouts!:)
 
What are your goals? You could make up a general template for a rotation, then plug in different workouts that fit in.

For example:
Week 1:
Day 1: lower body wts. (PLB)
Day 2: cardio (any cardio from the two series that doesn't include weights)
Day 3: PUB
Day 4: cardio
Day 5: full-body weights or cardio + weight workout
Day 6: cardio
Day 7: off/stretch

Week 2:
Day 1: full-body weights
Day 2: cardio
Day 3: cardio + weights
Day 4: cardio
Day 5: full-body weights
Day 6: cardio
Day 7: off/stretch

repeat these two weeks once for a 4-week rotation (that should probably allow you to do all 12 workouts at some point).

I have no idea what your current workouts are like, so take this as a general suggestion and modify it as you wish.

December Rotation: Body Blast Series"



Hi Everyone! Now that you have had some time to learn the new choreography and get familiar with the Body Blast Series, here is a rotation to enjoy. Each week will get a little more mix and matched.

Week One: A basic order that flows well

Mon: Step, Jump and Pump (SJP)
Tues: Kick, Punch and Crunch (KPC)
Wed: Push Pull (PP)
Thurs: Step Blast (SB)
Fri: Legs and Glutes (L&G)
Sat: Off
Sun: Supersets (SS)


Week Two:

Mon: KPC
Tues: PP plus L&G (skipping the stretch on PP and skipping the warm up on L&G)
Wed: Off
Thurs: SB
Fri: SJP
Sat: KPC
Sun: SS


Week Three:

Mon: SB
Tues: SJP
Wed: Warm up and step only of SJP and the kick punch combinations and abs only of KPC
Thurs: Warm up and high intensity drills only of KPC plus PP (skipping PP warm up)
Fri: off
Sat: SS and L&G (skipping stretch of SS and skipping warm up on L&G)
Sun: Off

Week Four:

Mon: Warm up and step only of SJP plus PP (skipping warm up of PP)
Tues: KPC
Wed: Jump, Pump, Abs, and Stretch only of SJP (do a warm up of your choice before starting)
Thurs: Off
Fri: L&G
Sat: SB
Sun: SS

ADVANCED Total Overall Body Blast Workout:

Mon: Boot Camp
Tues: off
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: Imax2
Fri: Cardio and Weights
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of Imax 2
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body


ADVANCED Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Heavy Weight Training

Mon: Pyramid Lower Body
Tues: Pyramid Upper Body
Wed: Imax 2
Thurs: off
Fri: Cardio and Weights
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of IMAX 2
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body


Advanced Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Muscular Endurance

Mon: Imax 2
Tues: Cardio and Weights
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: off
Friday: Circuit Max
Sat: A lower intensity cardio of your choice
Sun: Muscle Endurance
