Hi Everyone,
Here is ny Nov rotation, starting today
I needed some motivation so making up a rotation gets me on the right track.I really like the TTR when I did it a couple of years ago so thats what I am doing again but with different workouts.Here you go if anyone would like to join me
Nov 4- Cardio + CTX UB + Abs
Nov 5- Cardio + PLB
Nov 6- Cardio + GS T,B,S (this can be a REST but try to do UB
I just took a rest day so I will workout)
Nov 7- Cardio + ABS
Nov 8- Circuit + Abs
Nov 9- Cardio + GS LEgs
Nov 10- CTX UB
Nov 11- Cardio + Abs (or this can be a rest day)
Nov 12- Cardio + GS T,B,S
Nov 13- Cardio + Abs
Nov 14- PUB
Nov 15- Cardio + PLB
Nov 16- Cardio + CTX T,S,B
Nov 17- Cardio + Abs
Nov 18- Circuit + run
Nov 19- Cardio + GS T,B,S
Nov 20- OFF
Nov 21- Cardio + L&G
Nov 22- Cardio + CTX Ub
Nov 23- Cardio + Abs
Nov 24- Cardio + GS T,B,S
Nov 25- Ciruit + Run
Nov 26- Cardio + MM
Nov 27- OFF
Nov 28- Cardio + PUB
Nov 29 -Cardio + GS LEgs
Nov 30- Cardio + Gs T,B,S
Dec 1- Cardio + Abs
Dec 2- cardio + CTX T,B,S
Dec 3- Circuit
Of course you can take more rest days but try and do it on the cardio days b/c it is important to get that UB work in.
I have also noted that I will be doing 2 kickboxing,2 run and 2 step workouts per week.I didn't fill in what day I would do what b/c it depends on what I am in the mood for.
You can also tweak this so you cardio is only 30 min-60 min long and of course some days will be more time consuming then others.
