My new Rotation

I thought I would share my new rotation with you all. It is very time friendly except for one day of the month.

Day1-Every dvd that cathe has put out(yes every single one! Do IT!
Day2-30 REST!

Now if you are feeling extra good you could do all the workouts twice:)

LMAO!:D That's a great idea Terri! Maybe afterwards...someone will come peel us up off the floor cause we died on day 1! haha!;-) }( I like the 'new' rotation too...teeeeheeeee;-) :7
 
Great idea, Terri! Except that you forgot 1000 of each: walking lunges, dips, push-ups (on fingers), pull-ups (using only thumbs), crunches, plie and plyo jacks (superset, baby!), and leg presses with your entire family on your back. And that's only an add-on...:)

Come on now! You all need to get with the NEW program. Doing workouts twice in a row is OLD news.x( Now we do them in threesies!:eek: }(
Can we eat more than 2 cheerios on the rest days?!?!?!?!?!?:p
 
You guys kill me - LOL...

But arent there more than 24 workouts? And what about the premixes...?? hehe...
