Hey There, Educated Crowd!
I've been wanting to increase my weight work and decrease my cardio, so I came up with this 9 day rotation, which I just started. What to you think?
Day 1: Power Circuit + CTX Chest
Day 2: 10/10/10 + CTX Bi's
Day 3: Leaner Legs + CTX Shoulders
Day 4: S&H Chest and Back
Day 5: S&H Bi's and Tri's
Day 6: S&H Legs and Shoulders
Day 7: Step and Intervals + CTX Back
Day 8: Kickbox + CTX Tri's
Day 9: All Step + PS legs (floorwork only)
Looks a little heavy, but actually I consider S&H Bi's and Tri's a rest day (with S&H Chest and Back a close second) - they are almost relaxing to me!
So, short cardios (just enough to make me feel I'm getting in some cardio) and weight work that hits all body parts 3 times per cycle and works oppositional muscles - imput anyone?
Thanks!
Robin
