My long back

I am tall--six feet (hence, the name "Tallchick") and seem prone to those lower back strains. I am also 44 years old so I am trying to take better care of it also for that reason. Anyway, I would love to see more stuff on taking care of that back particularly for those of us who tend to get some strains in those areas from long everyday bending (picking up after the kids is always a favorite---no end to that soon-ha!) Maybe a few more exercises for that, some gentle ones or maybe show easier versions. Thank you for the opportunity to ask.
