I posted this over at the "Ask Cathe" forum, but I just had to post this picture over here as well. My daugther woke up from her nap before I had a chance to put my step away, and when I turned off the DVD player the television just happened to be on Fit TV just as Low Max was starting. Well, my daughter just "jumped" right in.

And yes, she is catching air in that picture. Such a proud Mommy!!!:7 She'll be doing power 15's in no time.

Oh my gosh, that is so adorable!!! As soon as I pull my step out, my daughter is right up there, stepping her little heart out.:)
 
That's too cute! I recently posted to Cathe as well (no pictures:-( ) how my kids and nieces were doing KM. I video taped it, but I should have taken a picture too.

Thanks for sharing. I think it's great all of our kids want to work out too!

That is adorable! How old is she? She looks a LOT like my two year old from that picture. What's funny is that she looks like she's right in time with what Cathe and the girls are doing on the screen.
 
Thanks ladies! She is a year and a half right now and I am loving every minute of it! I swear she has more personality every day! She loves her Cathe... just like her Mama!:7
