My kind of rebounding...

Actually surprised that I like it as much as I do, somewhere in between stepping & hi/lo, this fits! I couldn't take the treadmill that long for some reason either, then again that pretty much just bored me to tears.

I couldn't take a whole hi/lo routine, CTX & Step Jump & Pump were good, then though I wasn't doing that nearly every day, like this. :)
 
There's a big girl on youtube that does step routines, she as smooth as Rebecca Small, certainly could step circles around me.:)

I like that about youtube, you can see real classes, all kinds of people.
