Positives: I thought it was fun. I have no problems with choreography so this wasn't difficult whatsoever for me. The music was fun as well. I get tired of the hour long workouts and this one is great for just having a low key day. I loved the new choreography also - - it was kind of hip
Negatives: I did the workout "as is" - no previewing for me, I jump right into workouts and had no problems with this one - so for me it was too easy. BUT - I will add another rise next time and add some jumps -
SHOULDERS:
Fun Factor: 10

Positives: I loved the weights in this one. I felt an excellent burn by the time I was done, I wasn't sure I was going to make it! The band burnout was terrific! I love working the rotator cuff...
Calves: HELLO BURN OUT! I had to quit early bc I was afraid of a charlie horse - so I sat out about the last 16....
Abs: Loved them - they were just long enough without being boring - terrific!
Negatives: None - this might be one of my favorite shoulder segments - toss up between this one and PH Shoulders ( which I have always loved )
