My friend is looking to lose some weight and wants me to give her a workout plan, BUT I just wing it for me, and not good at a plan, what can I tell her for a workout plan that is good for her, right now she is doing lots of weights, but for weight loss is it better to do more cardio than weights? I more maintaine the lose weight so I mix it when I can with my bad knee.
Can someone help me come up with a food plan and an exercise plan that I can send her?

I think you will need to post more information about this person, including age, weight, goals, exercise level (basic, intermediate, etc.) as well as likes/dislikes in terms of cardio, access to equipment, Cathe DVDs, etc.

I would not try to give her a plan but rather steer her to a personal trainer and nutritionist or to Weight Watchers. If you try to guide her and your plan doesn't work (if she doesn't follow it, that is!) she may come back and blame you.

That is what I was thinking, she has been trying to lose weight for a long time, and she knows I am not the best person to advise her on an excerise plan, I told her so many times everyone is differant and their bodies works differant and lose's weight differant from others, and she needs to find what works for her, the only thing I did tell her was to slow down on Dr.Pepper LOL
