My first cruise!! Gotta lose 20!

I"m sooooo excited. This year is anniversary #11 and we can finally afford a 10 day vacation. We are going to Mexico and Belize on a cruise. It is going to be great fun.

Now, i have two months to get ready. This is very motivating.

I've got my copy of Dr Phil's book and Im' ready to make those lifesyle changes.

This will be my "Cruise To Lose" rotation!! I'm so glad i found Cathe! The pyramids are making me so strong- so quickly. I"mm happily surprised by these quick results.

now all I have to do is learn how to stop medicating myself with food.

I need to find a replacement activity for the eating.

Any suggestions?????
Housecleaning would be a great one but i struggle to keep going on that one.

I have the same problem at times, but when my willpower is down and the food is calling to me, I use my Crest White Strips. 30 minutes later, my craving is usually gone. And there is NO way that you can eat or drink with those on. Plus, you get a white smile for your cruise.:D
 
That is a good one! Is there any limit on how many you can use in a day? With my cravings, I can see myself being mega-watt by the end of the week!

Make sure you don't buy junk food and get a hobby that you would enjoy or tackle a cleaning project. I plan to clean windows and screens this week, if the rain would ever stop. We are practically flooding here.:-( I always find something to keep me busy when I have down time. Plus when you are doing cleaning projects, you keep burning those calories.;)

You can use them twice per day. So, if you do the uppers seperate from the lowers, that would be TWO whole hours!!! Trust me, I tried to do a little more, but my teeth got so sensitive! LOL!
