My clothes don't fit

I'm going away for a few days, and decided to try on a few things before packing (knowing I've changed shape).

My favourite dress is bursting at the seams - the BICEPS seams that is. It fits everywhere else!!!!

Anyone else have trouble with favourite items of clothing?
 
I had that same problem a number of years ago. My arms wouldn't fit into my sweaters and tops. My jeans were tight in the quads. I lightened up and did TA's 3 lb arm workouts and that really helped. Her Meta series slimmed my thighs also. Those 3 lb arm workouts are not easy. So don't laugh. Her Meta on all 4's for the legs is one of very few workouts that make me sweat. I have been a long time Cathe supporter (since VHS) and still the Meta workouts got me.
 
Yes, it happens all the time. I do not have skinny arms or legs. They are muscular, and I have a wide back and broad shoulders. I have learned to stick to clothing with some amount of stretch. When it comes to jackets my tailor is my best friend. Since the stores carry clothes for normal size arms I usually buy the next size up and have my tailor fit it to my waist. Jackets are tricky if they have lining because sometimes the outside fabric has stretch, but the lining does not, so whenever I can I buy lined jackets and pants where both the fabric of the item and the lining have stretchy materials. I stay away from long sleeve dresses and tops and stick with sleeveless or short sleeves, but when I have no choice I get them with loose sleeves. I've always had this problem with clothing because I have been active since I was 8 years old. It was really frustrating growing up, but now I'm more than used to it.

I don't consider this *trouble* :p. I love my quads and definitely have this issue when it comes to my biceps. I wear Athleta Bettona's for my skinny jeans and they have tons of really cute dresses, and I never looked back. My issue is I'm tall and carry muscle and I'm scant in the bust area, so lots of dresses and tops don't fit the way they are intended. I'm just not going to bow to fashion when it comes to clothing. I bet you are smoking hot in that dress!

I shouldn't have said 'trouble'! I'm thrilled to bits about my bicpes - like you, I'm tall, and muscle-up quite easily - and no boobs worth writing home about! I wish we had Athletica in the UK.
I can't wait for Summer, so that I can really show off my arms :p
 
I did Meta Omni. I wear a size small in just about everything so not having the sleeves and my jeans fit was an issue for me. I prefer my arms and legs look toned but not muscular. as it just doesn't suit my small frame. Jeans would bag everywhere if I went up a size and I would have to wear a belt to keep them from gaping at my hips. So slimming them down worked better for me. It is really an individual thing.

Haha...somehow I already knew that, we should call it *double-trouble* !

That is one of my favorite lines in 4DS Upper Body, where Cathe does this move she calls "double trouble" and its getting tough and she gasps out: how many more....we're going to make right...:D

Sounds like somebody's ready for summer clothing! Justinef, I hope you're going on a warm weather cruise so you can show off those new and improved biceps! ;)

My current clothing "dilemma" is filling out the back of my jeans in a good way (higher and rounder, yes!).
