Although I have been working out with you for years now I started following your rotations in Sept & using more weight. For the first time in my almost 38 years I have a tighter, firmer butt!!! :D OK, it's not bikini worthy but hey, I'm excited over it! Even DH commented on it recently.

Oh Yeah they do!! I did standing leg pre-mix from B&G yesterday & my booty is telling me about it. In a good way though!
 
I HAVE to get B&G - that's one I don't have yet. Did L&G this morning and I'm gonna feel it tomorrow!!! Love the ankle weight exercises - especially the leg extensions ... oooh hurts so good!

Hi Tami! Thanks for sharing that "Butt-Worthy" news. Way to go. This workout certainly has a way of "lifting you up" , doesn't it? :D Keep at it, you are doing great!
