I started with Cathe on April 1 of this year. Here are my body fat results from the Y so far
First figure is on Feb. 13, second is today (11-19)
Weight: 131; 119
Pounds of fat: 39.1; 30.5
Lean pounds: 91.9; 88.5
Body fat percent: 29.9; 25.7
BMI: 24.6; 22
Based on my own measurements, I lost four inches in my hips and three sizes. Thank you Cathe, and everyone here!
I always credit Cathe until one time my husband said to me:
