My bodyfat before/after Cathe

I started with Cathe on April 1 of this year. Here are my body fat results from the Y so far :)

First figure is on Feb. 13, second is today (11-19)
Weight: 131; 119
Pounds of fat: 39.1; 30.5
Lean pounds: 91.9; 88.5
Body fat percent: 29.9; 25.7
BMI: 24.6; 22

Based on my own measurements, I lost four inches in my hips and three sizes. Thank you Cathe, and everyone here!

I always credit Cathe until one time my husband said to me:
"Cathe provides the workouts but you do them."

What workouts did you do? Did you do a rotation with Cathe's tapes or did you decide right before you worked out?

I did the Wedding Video for a long time, since that was the only one I had. Man, I was sore after doing chest flies with 3 lbs!! I then did a lot of her step tapes, but didn't get into weights until sometime in May when I got Power Hour. I learned a lot about rotations, etc., here (thanks again). I write down all my workouts on a calendar, which keeps me honest :)

To be honest, though, the fat didn't start to leave until I cleaned up my diet. Alas, it was the old-fashioned watching what and how much I ate. About the only thing I keep an eye on is calories and fat. I'm far from perfect, but I do believe that was as big a change as the weight training.

Right now I do Leaner Legs once a week, IMAX and Mindy's Extreme Intervals for cardio, and Cory's GHAS 2-3 times a week. I think I'll hold with this until the new tapes come out.

Yeah, my husband's a keeper. He is undergoing rehab for a shoulder injury and said when that's done he wants to do Cathe. "Look at what she did for you," he said.
 
Congratulations and thanks for sharing your results with us. It certainly helped to motivate me and these days I can use some motivation. You go girl!

I tell ya, working out with Cathe has really changed my body, and I was a long time FIRM user! It is truely remarkable the changes you see with Cathe videos!

Nice work, those are some great results!

My favorite comment I have ever heard about Cathe is that she really makes you feel like an athlete training for something when doing her tapes, and I think about that all the time, so thank you whoever said that quote! :)
