Hi everyone - Happy 58th DonnaMarie. You go girl - you are an inspiration.

Tomorrow is my 51st B'Day. Tonite I will do IMAX 1 in its entirety
(!!I can't believe I just said that!!)

Tomorrow, a kickbox workout and Pyramid Upper.

In the evening, off to celebrate with a group of friends at a wonderful Italian restaurant. Wine & DESSERT for sure!

Happy Birthday, Mar and DonnaMarie! I hope it's a beautiful day. Imax 1 to celebrate! LOL! That's one of the reasons you have got it going on at 50! A great way to send the old year off with a bang and welcome the new with the stuff that keeps us young and fabulous no matter how many years have marched by! Warm good wishes to you!

Thanks for asking! I'm having a great B-day. My besty and another co-worker are taking me out for Mex food in about 15 minutes which I will work off later with Bodymax (smile).

I'm lovin' life and turning 58 feels no different than turning 38! Actually, I'm in better shape - thanks to video/home/Cathe fitness.

Be happy everyone - you woke up on the right side of the lawn today!
 
That sounds lovely! Enjoy both and you'll continue feeling vital no matter your age. Age is just a number and your're as young as you feel! Birthdays usually mean an automatic happy day for me. It's so good to be alive and on the right side of the lawn!
