My April & May Rotation

Hi everyone, I was exposed to Cathe's videos 6 weeks ago. My first purchase was the CTX series (love it) and immediately wanted to buy more. On Monday April 1,I received my new DVDs and decided to create the following rotation. However, I would really appreciate your feed back on the following rotation?.

I started Monday (April 1) and I'm hoping to continue until the end of May.

Mondays - Power Hour+Leaner Legs
Tuesdays - Rhythmic Step
Wednesdays - Body Max
Thursdays - Maximum Intensity Cardio
Fridays - Maximum Intensity Strength
Saturdays - Interval Max
Sundays - Rest

Your expertise is greatly appreciated!

Power Hour & Leaner Legs on the same day!?! :-wow

These are all great workouts, but be sure to listen to your body and don't overtrain. This sounds like an intense rotation.
 
I agree!! I definitely wouldnt do Power Hour and Leaner Legs on the same day!! That's painful just to see in print, lol. And, as far as the rest of the rotation, it looks very ambitious, some of Cathe's toughest there!! I'd suggest a rest day thrown in the middle there! Very easy to overtrain with what you're suggesting, but if you're in shape enough, then go for it (however, I'd probably omit the strength portion of Body Max).

Rythmic Step
Power Hour
Interval Max
Rest day
Body Max (omit upper body)
MIS
MIC
Rest Day

....just a thought, there are many, many possibilities!!!

I think that might be a bit much! Here is how I use those DVDs (I love them!):
Mon: MIC Hi/Lo MIS Upper Body
Tue: MIC Step MIS Lower Body
Wed: Rhythmic Step
Thu: Power Hour
Fri: Imax
Sat: Power Hour
Sun: Rest
Or
Mon: Body Max Step and Upper Body
Tue: Body Max Circuits and CTX Power Circuit
Wed: MIC or Imax
Thu: Power Hour
Fri: Rhythmic Step
Sat: Power Hour
Sun: Rest
Cathe has also suggested doing MIS 2xs a week and PH 1 x a week for 4 weeks, and then doing MIS 1 x a week and PH 2 x's a week for 4 weeks. Have fun!
