Hey Cathe and all, yesterday I did the floorwork from PS-SLA (wanted to do a "lazy" workout, LOL!) and I used my 15 lb Body Bar and got through ALL the floorwork with it! Yippee for me, it really shows how much progress I've made since my last PS rotation in Nov/Dec of last year, when I used an empty barbell that weighs 11 lb and still could only do half the reps with weight!!
My knee will NOT tolerate that much weight on my foot so I rested the bar across my thigh right above the knee, so it was probably a little less work for me than for Cathe and crew. STILL, a great workout! I didn't have my contacts in and my glasses started steaming up and it made me laugh, I thought "I am LAYING DOWN and my glasses are still steaming up from this workout! LOL!!" Only Cathe could work us that hard, don't you agree?
